After owning Subarus for quite a few years, then switching to Honda CRV‘s for a few years , finally my last car was a 2020 Toyota RAV4 hybrid limited. I have to say that the 2025 Chevy Equinox activ is one of the best vehicles I’ve had. I had read that the 1.5 didn’t have enough power and I don’t get that because I have plenty of power. I also have learned how to get the radio to sound better which is equally put the base and the treble to the right, almost all the way and it sounds decent. It’s taking me a little while here to really appreciate how nice of a Vehicle this is, but every time I drive it I am falling more in love with it. Chevrolet needed to step up their game in order to keep competing and I think they did a good job. I definitely recommend this Equinox.

I love the looks and interior of the suv. The ride is good, but I have found the seats uncomfortable for long drives. A little underpowered at take off for me, but once going the acceleration is good. There is a noted issue with fuel injectors. My check engine light came on around 2000 miles. At 5000 miles Im still waiting for the repair. The speakers have alot to be desired, but I have finally gotten accustomed to the sound quality. All said, I would still recommend the suv.

Went to Car max first then Parks Chevrolet W Broad St. apples to apples same exact vehicle. I purchased from Parks a 2017 Tahoe saved $3800 and got a certified vehicle with a 12,000 bumper to bumper warranty. Cory Joseph was my sales person and did an excellent job. Have always driven sedans but, GM only offers that choice with Cadillac. My first SUV, thought I wouldn't really like it that much but, it fooled me! Very comfortable; fuel efficient; good looking; is NOT underpowered and, easy handling.
