I brought my car in with concerns that the issues I was experiencing were significant. Thankfully because I do keep up on maintenance and Sierra Chevrolet does such a great job, the issue was not bad. Joe assured me that they would thoroughly check everything, keep me informed and had my car back to me in a timely manner.

As the an owner of the new 2025 Chevrolet Equinox Lt. in Cactus Green I am very happy with everything so far...Adaptive Cruise works so well..I was skeptical about it at first until I got on the expressway set at 65 and 3 car spaceing right on with the vehicle ahead when locked on,,,bigger inside then the older Equinox vehicles I have had in the past,,,very comfortable ride..I think you will be happy with new styling..all the bells and whistles I need right in the base model...Enjoy yor new ride!!!

After owning Subarus for quite a few years, then switching to Honda CRV‘s for a few years , finally my last car was a 2020 Toyota RAV4 hybrid limited. I have to say that the 2025 Chevy Equinox activ is one of the best vehicles I’ve had. I had read that the 1.5 didn’t have enough power and I don’t get that because I have plenty of power. I also have learned how to get the radio to sound better which is equally put the base and the treble to the right, almost all the way and it sounds decent. It’s taking me a little while here to really appreciate how nice of a Vehicle this is, but every time I drive it I am falling more in love with it. Chevrolet needed to step up their game in order to keep competing and I think they did a good job. I definitely recommend this Equinox.

I love the looks and interior of the suv. The ride is good, but I have found the seats uncomfortable for long drives. A little underpowered at take off for me, but once going the acceleration is good. There is a noted issue with fuel injectors. My check engine light came on around 2000 miles. At 5000 miles Im still waiting for the repair. The speakers have alot to be desired, but I have finally gotten accustomed to the sound quality. All said, I would still recommend the suv.

Joe Jimenez did everything possible to ensure that the issue with the emissions was covered under the GM warranty. He was very thorough and confirmed with GM to ensure there would be no out of pocket cost. Need to have more service personnel like him.

I was recently looking to purchase a Chevy Colorado ZR2 and had a list of options that I wanted on it. I was referred to Felix by my uncle and he was not wrong about the quality of their service. Jonathan from the Service Department assisted me with 2 issues I had with my Equinox that were still under warranty. Making an appointment over the phone was much easier than doing it online, but as soon as I dropped the car off at Felix, Jonathan took care of everything. He updated me on the status of the vehicle and gave me a timeframe of when he expected the work to be completed. My car was in the shop longer than I had hoped, but I?m just glad the service techs were able to figure out the problem and fix it. I did notice an issue after I picked up my car, but Jonathan was right on top of it after I reported the problem. They resolved the issue in a timely manner. Everyone I came in contact with at Felix was very helpful and kind. I?ve been to other Chevy dealers before but Felix Chevrolet is top notch.

Service was great, efficient and professional. The place was clean, hot drink and cold beverage was available. Phone charger station was available and atmosphere is great to chill for waiting. They also have a car service if you want to go to Walmart.
