I brought the car in and it immediately was placed in line. Mateo Orosco was very helpful. As a general comment, I wish I had a better comprehensive explanation of what happened to the part to be replaced. I am still not sure if it was a problem from the manufacturer or from incidents that took place while driving. It is concerning that a manufacturing defect was not covered by the company. In general, I am relieved that the problem has been taken care of and that the service was effective and professional.

Tested 5 cars. Equinox had the best ride and was the best value. The exterior was great and all of the interior updates was amazing. Toyota was close but equinox ride and extras were superior.

Over the phone Angel offered me the highest trade in offer for my vehicle, 800$ more than the Kelly Blue book offer sight unseen. Higher than the ones claiming to give you the highest cash offer. During the visit, not once did he try to increase the price of the vehicle or lower the offer on my trade in unlike other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Angel is a true professional and kept his word through the whole process. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from here. They have a customer for life. I give Angel and the service department 7 stars. highly recommend this dealership for your next new or used car you are looking for.
