I have nothing but great things to say about the Rick Hendrick GMC Buick team in Richmond. From my salesman Ju'Wuan Smith, to the Finance Manager Robert Lattimer, to Elliot Vaughan in the back office, these guys were professional and took care of me. I would not have bought a New Blazer EV the same day as my new truck If I didn't think they were top notch. I also really appreciated Ju'Wuan personally driving from Richmond to Suffolk (4 hour round trip) to deliver my wife her new Blazer EV since I had to drive my own new truck home. This is our third Equinox. A 2018,2022 and now 2026. The car is reliable and high tech. only complaint in 2026 the stereo is not the same as the Bose system. Outside of that we love the car.

Went to Car max first then Parks Chevrolet W Broad St. apples to apples same exact vehicle. I purchased from Parks a 2017 Tahoe saved $3800 and got a certified vehicle with a 12,000 bumper to bumper warranty. Cory Joseph was my sales person and did an excellent job. Tested 5 cars. Equinox had the best ride and was the best value. The exterior was great and all of the interior updates was amazing. Toyota was close but equinox ride and extras were superior.

A recent repair replacing a fuel pump control module was done. Service writer, Thomas was fantastic. Explained precisely the problem and directed the repair. Tech repair guy was the great! Back in the road with little down time.

My last car was a 2020 Equinox. Totally enjoyed owning it. Looked at the ‘26. The new redesign is great looking. Both inside and out. The controls are easily accessible. Easy to the touch. Infotainment system is top notch. No obstructed views while driving. Ride very smooth and handling very responsive. Very quiet. Seating is extremely comfortable and very spacious interior. Would definitely recommend!!

Called in advance for oil change & state inspection . Left it and got updates via mobile phone messages and was called when it was ready! Appreciated the video showing vehicle inspection w/ comments on ture condition!!
