My last car was a 2020 Equinox. Totally enjoyed owning it. Looked at the ‘26. The new redesign is great looking. Both inside and out. The controls are easily accessible. Easy to the touch. Infotainment system is top notch. No obstructed views while driving. Ride very smooth and handling very responsive. Very quiet. Seating is extremely comfortable and very spacious interior. Would definitely recommend!!

At 138,000 miles of driving my HHR over Houston streets over the last 12 years, my McPherson Struts needed to be replaced and other critical servicing needed to be done. The assessments of all items needing attention was superb! My service writer at Davis Chevy (Tony) and my service technician took care of the necessary items in quick order, and I will be back to attend to the remaining less urgent items very soon. Very pleased with the thoroughness of both assessments and repairs, and I'm the kind of guy who still has my 2010 Chilton service Manual for my HHR ... Grin!

Eddie Castillo and Edwin Gonzales were superb in knowledge and caring, responsive communication. Been to few dealerships during truck search and without a doubt this professional dealership is the best. Care from first call asking questions and complete care to completion and driving away. I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.
