Nicely designed inside and out. Much mote cargo space than I thought it would have. It passed the road trip test too.. I have no complaints about it.

This is for Ricart Business which is the site just across the street from the large new/used cars dealerships. This site repairs large business truck and motor homes. I have used their services for recalls and repairs on my Winnebago motorhome in ver past 3 years. The work is always first class and some has been warranty work without charge to me, and some non-warranty. The greatest thing about this part of Ricart(I don’t know the other part) is their warm and welcoming helpful way of doing business on phone and in person. They always want help me and do it right away and never make me feel like I’m interrupting them or they’re doing me a favor just to work for me. Can’t think of how to improve my experiences with them.

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

What an awesome experience. Starting with Dez, salesman going to Steve, Director, and Michelle in finance. Dez listened to what I wanted, Why I wanted a vehicle such as that, and the price range I wanted to spend. They allow you to test drive the vehicle by yourself and look it over well without them trying to "sell it". Strongly recommend thesde folks.

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

We bought our 1st car back 2001. Three cars later we bought our fourth car today. We are 4 for 4 here buying new and used cars. If you want a reliable car without falling for gimmicks then you should give them a try. Experience their free warranties, and friendly service. We have no complaints here, only moments of satisfaction. And if you want to go all in and experience all greatness, you should ask for the legendary John Thorton. The man has no negative energies surrounding him. He only has greatness, kindness, and is a great listener. Hopefully his positive energy will rub off you.

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

High volume operation. Willing to negotiate. Helpful staff. On the downside, the car (a ‘22 Mustang GT) smelled like a 1 star motel that rents per hour It really needed to be detailed prior to showing yet was on the lot @60 days. I’d buy from them if the car was acceptable.

Handles great on road very good brakes and stopping power, Good on gas. Had for over a year now and no flaws or complaints. Attractive interior and exterior!!

I've had one major issue with this car and it's concerning an air conditioning drain hose. I've had to have it drained and unclogged twice in 5 years. It has spilled water all over my floorboards and shorted out my radio and to me that is a design flaw in the car. I've never had any other car do that to me

I bought my used 2022 Maverick from Ricart and have been happy with their sales & service ever since! Always pleasant in the service department, went above & beyond when some grease was left on some things in the interior, detailed the whole inside and fixed the undercarriage cover (new hardware too) from getting my oil changed at a Firestone store (never again, Firestone😣). Their services are modestly priced, with some discounts too. Everytime I go to Columbus I drive through their car wash, works great! I will continue to use Ricart for purchasing and service😁

Great value with lots of standard features. Even though others in this class state low price online, I was unable to find those prices in our market. The equinox was about 4k less for the same features as Honda or Toyota or Kia or Ford.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. I hope he sells, sells, sells until all realize he is a role model. Shout out to Adam who answered my million questions!

After 4 years and 32K miles its been extremely reliable (tire sensor replaced), not a single rattle, and contrary to some replorts the 1.5L is more than adequate (cruse all day @ 80 MPH.

I have always taken my Toyotas to Germain for service and have always received good service. My last two visit Mahogany Nolan was my service advisor. I must say, her attention to detail, professionalism, and personable nature were next level. She provided an awesome service experience and I hope to work with her on all my future visits!

For the most part, we love this car. We do have some small issues. But we will focus first on the positives. The car itself has very comfortable seats, plenty of time inside, lots of safety features, looks really good inside and out and the extra large sunroof that goes almost front to back of the car is incredible. The power lift gate at the back, is a great feature! The backup camera is large and clear! The warnings whole backing up, are fantastic! It drives like a car, not like a tank! Overall, it's a fantastic car! The disadvantages are that there is a shimmy/shake in the car as it is pulling a hill. When you are gaining on the car in front of you a little quicker than the car in front of you is moving, the collision warning lights lighting up and the alarms sounding, is terrifying and not cool. Not being able to turn off some of the warnings that pop up every time you crank the car without hitting the dismiss button are irritating. But for the most part we would buy another one in a heartbeat and love our car!

Very comfortable and easy to drive. A lot of safety features and helpful technology built in. Love the style and body shape of this SUV. Plenty of room for passengers and cargo. No mechanical problems at all .Would buy this vehicle again

Glad I bought the premier model with all the “bells and whistles”. Suggests for improvement : Automatic folding side mirrors when parking Locking gas cap More staffing and customer friendly service for guaranteed warranty issues. (I was told 3 week wait for appointment followed by leaving the vehicle for another three weeks to check an engine light problem. Why couldn’t the service dept call me when ready instead of leaving the car for three weeks with no replacement vehicle?) The desk person suggested I take it elsewhere where the warranty wouldn’t be honored!

The whole process has been done remotely. It has been a little difficult to get questions answered. I have been dealing with the Used Car Superstore.

Had to replace fuel pump shortly after the purchase ... constantly getting stuck at locations because vehicle wouldn't start ... now I'm hearing about recall for tires

Makeena was absolutely amazing to our family. Our family’s conflicting schedules make it hard to shop for cars together, so our time was quite limited. When we showed up with 35 minutes left till close, she was very busy and still took the time to acknowledge us with a very welcoming smile. We were a little hesitant about Auto Boutique since we hadn’t heard of them, but the selection and Makeena made us want to return over the weekend. We had a couple cars that we considered looking at elsewhere, but Makeena’s willingness to stand in the rain with us, and patience as we rejected multiple cars made us want to continue to work with her and see to that she got the sale, because her attitude earned our business. I probably won’t trade in another car here as I really believe the appraisers could have put more money into the trade, but we accepted the deal with no regrets. this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well

At first we were looking at the Trailblazer. Then we saw the Equinox on the lot, and we took it for a test drive. Once we were inside my wife said this is it. The vehicle was very comfortable, roomy and had very good performance. We've had this vehicle for over a year, we have drove it to Los Angeles twice from San Francisco and the gas mileage is phenomenal. I can go from San Francisco to LA on one tank of gas. In San Francisco, the hill assist is very useful. I am pleased with my vehicle and expect to use it for the next 10 years.

I had a great experience working with Alonzo Horn III. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made the buying/trade-in process easy. We had found the vehicle we purchased through cars.com and it checked all the boxes I had in mind for my next Equinox and the vehicle was even better in person. We've never purchased through a wholesaler before but we were pleasantly surprised and would recommend giving this company and Alonzo your business.

Father in Law bought this car towards end of 2008 with 18,000 miles on it, a 'GM program car' It was his 2nd vehicle so it didn't get used a bunch, he wanted the AWD option for winter driving. Fast forward to end of 2018 and we took possession of it with 79000 miles on it after he stopped driving. We have maintained it with regular oil changes, trans fluid changes, and have had some small repairs done (wheel bearings, power window motor replacement, that kind of stuff). It now has 215000 miles and engine and transmission still going strong. It's my husband's daily driver-70 miles a day- plus taking it on trips out of town. Metallic gray paint still looks great. Averages 24mpg. We are actually looking for another one with the 3.4 v6 with 100,000 miles or less, we've been so impressed with it.

After owning Subarus for quite a few years, then switching to Honda CRV‘s for a few years , finally my last car was a 2020 Toyota RAV4 hybrid limited. I have to say that the 2025 Chevy Equinox activ is one of the best vehicles I’ve had. I had read that the 1.5 didn’t have enough power and I don’t get that because I have plenty of power. I also have learned how to get the radio to sound better which is equally put the base and the treble to the right, almost all the way and it sounds decent. It’s taking me a little while here to really appreciate how nice of a Vehicle this is, but every time I drive it I am falling more in love with it. Chevrolet needed to step up their game in order to keep competing and I think they did a good job. I definitely recommend this Equinox.

What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I had. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . I enjoyed my experience so much that four days later I went back and purchased a car for my husband!! The experience for my husband’s car was beyond top notch! After being taken advantage at another dealership my husband was extremely hesitant to purchase a car. Once again, Deshawn and Drew were with us every single step of the way, answered all of our questions and were extremely honest with us. Purchased brand new 10/22/22 Malcom Cunningham Augusta Ga. Shot out Travis. On my 2 car’s Equinox & Malibu 22. I love my Equinox LT blue metallic color. Great on gas. Love the app & key fob for remote start. I have everything but. Heated steering wheel, leather seats & I’m ok with that. I get a lot of compliments about how nice the cars are. I gave the Malibu to my 36 yr old son and he loves it. No problem with it. My equinox when it’s really cold in Ga. It will malfunction with some features. Long story short. I looked at recalls and it’s quite a few. But nothing about features messing up.
