I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

Have never purchased a vehicle but moved to the area with my Chevrolet Traverse and have always taken it here for service since. Every experience I've had has been outstanding. Gavin in the service department is very pleasurable to deal with and always honest and up front about anything going on with my vehicle. They have never pressured me into getting any "add on" repairs done that other places might. In fact, they've turned down or have found less expensive options when many places would not. Can't say enough positive things about this dealership, which was also just recently renovated. Very nice place and highly recommend if you need service on your Chevrolet.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

Wow, I truly can't say enough good things about this dealership. My first experience buying a car at another dealership was horrible and left an awful taste in my mouth. However, Blasius South was completely different. Jay, Dejon, and Ross made the process painless. They always had a smile, went above and beyond to help, and were extremely open and transparent! I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

Great deals and even greater people. I bought a brand new 2021 rogue with a rebuilt title from these guys. The car had 48 miles on it and I saved thousands of dollars

this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well

I have buying cars at Saw Mill Auto since 2001,(that s right 2001 ) They are the best, otherwise I would not still be a customer.To those who gave them a poor review, one visit doesn't determine how they are.

I've had one major issue with this car and it's concerning an air conditioning drain hose. I've had to have it drained and unclogged twice in 5 years. It has spilled water all over my floorboards and shorted out my radio and to me that is a design flaw in the car. I've never had any other car do that to me

At first we were looking at the Trailblazer. Then we saw the Equinox on the lot, and we took it for a test drive. Once we were inside my wife said this is it. The vehicle was very comfortable, roomy and had very good performance. We've had this vehicle for over a year, we have drove it to Los Angeles twice from San Francisco and the gas mileage is phenomenal. I can go from San Francisco to LA on one tank of gas. In San Francisco, the hill assist is very useful. I am pleased with my vehicle and expect to use it for the next 10 years.

Purchased brand new 10/22/22 Malcom Cunningham Augusta Ga. Shot out Travis. On my 2 car’s Equinox & Malibu 22. I love my Equinox LT blue metallic color. Great on gas. Love the app & key fob for remote start. I have everything but. Heated steering wheel, leather seats & I’m ok with that. I get a lot of compliments about how nice the cars are. I gave the Malibu to my 36 yr old son and he loves it. No problem with it. My equinox when it’s really cold in Ga. It will malfunction with some features. Long story short. I looked at recalls and it’s quite a few. But nothing about features messing up.

I love my Chevy Equinox. It's so much easier to shift than my previous 2024 GMC. I hated having to reach over to pull levers in the middle of the GMC. My new car shift lever is right in front of my eyes and so much safer. I love the "real" rearview mirror. It took a little time to get used to it, but it helps so much to see everything near and far. The adaptive cruise works great. I don't have to step on the brake and re-set whenever the vehicle in front of me slows. One doesn't realize how nice that is until you're on the highway for any length of time. I think a woman must have designed this vehicle! No wonder it's perfect!

I love this vehicle I had a 2019 and recently upgraded to this model and Chevy didn’t disappoint although there was some features I forgot to mention to my salesperson and that was my fault but overall this is a smooth ride over the road which is why I love it!!

Swung by this spot after hearing all the good reviews, and they weren’t wrong. Place is clean, staff is friendly, and the selection is huge! Met some nice folks, finished the deal and left with a big smile. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

This is our third Equinox. A 2018,2022 and now 2026. The car is reliable and high tech. only complaint in 2026 the stereo is not the same as the Bose system. Outside of that we love the car.

My last car was a 2020 Equinox. Totally enjoyed owning it. Looked at the ‘26. The new redesign is great looking. Both inside and out. The controls are easily accessible. Easy to the touch. Infotainment system is top notch. No obstructed views while driving. Ride very smooth and handling very responsive. Very quiet. Seating is extremely comfortable and very spacious interior. Would definitely recommend!!
