Very friendly staff, nice clean work offices and everyone is very polite and nice. Cars were clean and not junky. Prices could be better and the dealer fees are a little much but thats just me.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

Staff members were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. The inventory was well-stocked and the selection was readily available for browsing. The financing process was quick and efficient. The total time spent in the process was reasonable. Denise Bowman is superb!

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

I went to Arrigo RAM in Fort Pierce January 4 for Service met with Richard Pagan discussed with him the service needed for my truck. He was very open very happy very motivated. You don’t see that in a lot of places for service I asked questions he answered them.He was more than willing to go out of his way to help me at the end with the service he got me out of the lobby and asked me if everything was OK after he reviewed everything and walked me to my truck and thank me for his service. This is the second time I’ve been and Richard happen to be the writer the second time as well There’s not enough good things to say about Richard and his attitude. He’s a very positive outgoing guy and represents the dealership very well

I previously owned a Chevy Trax, which was fine when I received the vehicle. The blessing it was, sustained me for what was pertinent; now, I have been blessed with more responsibility; said responsibility warrants a bigger vehicle. This vehicle is perfect for my family of four; my mother's wheelchair fits perfectly in the trunk, and there's still room for my nine year old daughter, my mother, and my sister. I purchased my new car from Chevy Wallace about a month ago and came in to get my A/C serviced last week; everything was so well taken care of! My service and rental was covered so that made it even easier!

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

I owned a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 for 23 years. I loved my truck and had no plans to replace it until a catastrophic experience. I am now leasing a 2024 Chevy Equinox from Sapaugh Motors and I am deeply and madly in love with it! It is comfortable, convenient and safe. After the terrible ice/snow storm on 2/16 I feel confident driving it because it did not even slip a tire traveling up my steep driveway. I could not be happier!!

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. Hit something in road, only bought in for oil change, then found out damage underneath due to hitting something along the road home from Ocala,glad I had apt, and damage found out about!! Took almost 1 mo to fix, but finally done!. Time was so long due to Ins. company, not Wallace!

I've been driving this car for nearly two years, have added 38k miles on it so far, and am now pushing 95K everything's been great, I haven't had any reliability issues, and everything is running smoothly. However, the gas mileage is nowhere near their claims, granted to don't drive conservatively but I'm getting anywhere from 19-22 mpg. Great car overall, especially for the price.

this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well

Recently purchased a 2018 F150 Lariat Supercrew 4x4 with over 217K miles on it. I did some research on the vehicle and actually was able to speak with the original owner of it. After speaking with him I was able to deduce that he had indeed kept up the service schedule on the truck with the 5.0 liter Ti / VVT engine. Upon looking at the truck in person on Oct. 5th, 2024 I took a test drive in it with my salesman Robert Sala and a friend. I voiced some initial concerns about the engine and was told that it had a Bronze Star Warranty with the truck. Heard a cold start up rattling noise in the engine couple times after purchase and called my salesman to inform him that I unfortunately would have to return the truck back to them for a full refund because of the fear of an unexpected expense after purchase. My salesman Robert Sala asked me to allow him to speak to the Used Car Sales Manager about the issue. To my surprise but eventually happiness in the process this was handled I was told to bring the truck back to the Dealership, Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach, Fla. and they would take care of it for me. I’m Very Grateful that they decided the Best Course of Action would be to replace the complete engine with a three years and unlimited mileage remanufactured engine from Fred Jones Remanufacturing!!! Having had a wonderful experience with the Mullinax Family I would strongly recommend this Dealership that absolutely stands behind what they sell to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and to know that you will be treated fairly after the sale if it appears that you are having a legitimate issue. I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

Absolutely no pressure at all. All cars are unlocked so I was free to browse whatever vehicle I wanted. There are no sales persons on the lot following you around. Salesperson was very nice, professional, knowledgeable.

We purchased this car used from Hurd Auto Mall in Johnston, RI, with 1yr warranty. Unfortunately within 1 week of purchase we noticed driver door wasn't properly installed. Dealer refused to fix it. Will never go back to that dealership

Great value with lots of standard features. Even though others in this class state low price online, I was unable to find those prices in our market. The equinox was about 4k less for the same features as Honda or Toyota or Kia or Ford.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great customer service. Went in for an oil change tire rotation was in and out within an hour. Clean and comfortable waiting area.

At first we were looking at the Trailblazer. Then we saw the Equinox on the lot, and we took it for a test drive. Once we were inside my wife said this is it. The vehicle was very comfortable, roomy and had very good performance. We've had this vehicle for over a year, we have drove it to Los Angeles twice from San Francisco and the gas mileage is phenomenal. I can go from San Francisco to LA on one tank of gas. In San Francisco, the hill assist is very useful. I am pleased with my vehicle and expect to use it for the next 10 years.

Purchased brand new 10/22/22 Malcom Cunningham Augusta Ga. Shot out Travis. On my 2 car’s Equinox & Malibu 22. I love my Equinox LT blue metallic color. Great on gas. Love the app & key fob for remote start. I have everything but. Heated steering wheel, leather seats & I’m ok with that. I get a lot of compliments about how nice the cars are. I gave the Malibu to my 36 yr old son and he loves it. No problem with it. My equinox when it’s really cold in Ga. It will malfunction with some features. Long story short. I looked at recalls and it’s quite a few. But nothing about features messing up.

I owned this car for 10 years (2013 purchased in 2012). Spent less than $3k in repairs over those 10 years. With regular oil changes and good tires reached 135k miles comfortably and quietly. Buying a new Equinox looking forward to another 10+ years

Went in for a recall on my Silverado. It was the software update. Was in and out in less than an hour. Every time I take my truck in for servicing everyone is friendly and professional. Dyer Chevrolet always takes care of me for all my Silverado needs. Thanks again

I've had one major issue with this car and it's concerning an air conditioning drain hose. I've had to have it drained and unclogged twice in 5 years. It has spilled water all over my floorboards and shorted out my radio and to me that is a design flaw in the car. I've never had any other car do that to me

I have a 2024 Equinox RS model and it’s very comfortable and on the 2024 model it has all the latest safety features which I like. The RS model has a great red accented interior and also has a Bose 7 speaker system that sounds great, the new Lakeside Blue metallic color for 2024 is super nice.

Mike Ciemko and the people at Dyer were great and helped me get into a new traverse. Great service, treated me like family and worked with me to get me a great deal.
