My 12 1/2 year old Volt is hanging in there because of the skill, knowledge, and great work by the team at Chevy Exchange. I called a few days before Christmas to describe a problem. They got me in the morning after Christmas. A part was needed so they kept my car and a nice young gentleman drove me home. My wife purchased a 2024 Chevy Equinox EV LT2 last year and loved it. Since I too thought it was a terrific car and was thinking of trading in my Accord while it still had some value I decided to take the EV plunge myself. My beautiful black 2025 Chevy Equinox EV is the base model LT FWD with the $2,000 option packages ($1,455 Comfort Package and $545 Active Safety Package 2), which included everything I wanted and nothing I didn't, by far the best overall Equinox EV bang for the buck. Chevy can keep their power liftgate, interior mood lighting and self-dimming rear view mirror and I was happy to have kept my $8,300 in my pocket. The base models can be a bit challenging to come by but be patient, check around and see what your local dealerships can do for you. Mine was listed on my dealer's website as "In Transit" and they were nice enough to hold her for me. Another dealer had told me they were impossible to get and lost an easy sale because of it so don't be told the base models can't be had! She's comfortable, handles well, has plenty of power for everyday driving (it's an SUV, not a track car), is well built and generously appointed with a ton of worthwhile technology and standard features. The range is better than advertised and with a total of $14,500 in federal, state and manufacturer incentives on the table, snagging her was a no-brainer. The only negatives I've come across so far are the horrible reflection of the dashboard on the inside of the windshield (easily remedied by a pair of inexpensive polarized sunglasses) and no Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. I'm an Apple CarPlay guy but I have to say that for the most part I really haven't missed it. I paired my phone to the Google-powered infotainment system, logged into my Google account, approved a few "sync" options and so far haven't missed a beat. Navigation, phone calls, texts, even certain vehicle controls, all voice-based and working well. If CarPlay is the only thing keeping you from considering the Chevy Equinox EV then keep an open mind, take a test drive and see for yourself how much of a deal-breaker it is compared to your other EV options once your driven one. In less than two years, the Chevy Equinox EV has established a loyal, enthusiastic following (just check out the FB groups, online forums, etc.), a following that I'm happy to be a part of. It's nice to see a domestic automobile compare so well to the imports after residing in their shadows for so long.

Purchased the end of November. Wanted to make sure I got the $7500 tax credit and competitor rebate. Equinox EV LT 2025 blue with the blackout package and the charger cord. I traded a 2012 Ford. So far I'm happy with the purchase. I'm retired now so I don't drive that much. Also the cold weather doesn't help. I have less than 600 miles on it. I have only been using the level 1 charger cord. It works for now. I will get a level 2 by the summer. It's working for now. The car has many good features: adaptive cruise control, lane keep, the almost 18" infotainment screen. 19" alloy wheels. It even came with floor mats. All in all, a good car for the money and a great deal.

John was probably the most patient, fair and knowledgeable salesperson I've ever worked with in all the years of us purchasing vehicle. The service experience with Biggers Chevrolet was excellent, as always, this time for a brake job. It took a little longer than expected because the replacement process was apparently more detailed since it was a Buick LaCrosse. However, the service staff kept me informed and out the door in a timely fashion. Even though my vehicle is not a Chevy, I come to Biggers for repairs/service due to the sales and service trust that has been built up over multiple decades. Thank you.

Anytime I call and let them know that there’s a problem with my vehicle I bring it in and they take care of it. Found out yesterday that there’s something wrong with my transmission. Thank God for their warranties. I have a special needs son and I need a bigger vehicle and because of them I have that bigger vehicle.

Not real good on communication, the managers are a little self indulged. They made me feel as though I should be a little more grateful that they would allow me to purchase a vehicle from them. Salesman, Arnulfo us very good very pleasant. Overall I would go 4.5 out of 5.0. As dealerships go not too bad
