Used 2024 Chevrolet Express 2500 Work Van for sale near St. Louis, MO

We just purchased a used vehicle from Pellegrino Chevrolet, Westville, NJ. We can't say enough about the wonderful experience and kind treatment we received thoughout the entire process. I drove 4 hours to purchase my Bronco from Lenz. I had test driven a couple in the past few years and knew the exact model and trim I wanted. Overall, Lenz, was easy to work with. Disappointment came: (1) I brought concerns to the dealer after my test drive letting them know a low windshield washer fluid light had come on, and that my coolant level was well below the minimum (2) chip in windshield that was not previously disclosed Unfortunately, I was told nothing could be done about the windshield because it had already been repaired once… and they said they “filled” the fluids. To be fair, we did negotiate money off for the windshield. However, within minutes of signing my paperwork and leaving the dealership, the low fluid light came back on. I was already started on my way home and honestly didn’t want to deal with it. When I got home, I ended up filling the windshield washer fluid with an entire gallon, and had to top off the coolant. Additionally, I noticed the tires were way over-inflated on the passenger side. These are small things, yes; however it makes me wonder what other simple corners were cut just to make a deal. Do yourself a favor - take that inspection list and go over each and every item that you can before you make your purchase. Also - major kudos to Mike B (I was not his client) who took the time to tell me all about the Ford Pass, connecting my car to all of the technology, and spoke to me for quite some time about my new Bronco and genuinely seemed excited about my purchase. He spoke to me with respect and honor, and didn’t try to speak down to me or over me. I have to wonder how different my purchasing experience would be had I worked with him.

Steve was a gem and listened to what I wanted and kept my budget in mind. He was realistic with expectations and never pressured me into anything. With other dealerships, I felt trapped like I couldn't leave until I bought something from them. Not here. Steve understood that buying a car was a huge commitment and let me have my time to think about what I wanted and what was available in my budget. I was able to leave the dealership to think about my options and wasn't hounded with calls and messages asking me when I was going to buy or what the dealership could do to make me a customer.
