I just bought this car 2 weeks ago with 125,000 miles for 4,500 hundred dollars. After a week it didn't start. So I took off the negative battery waited for 30 minutes and it started right up. I guess the computer needed restarted. It's been a week now and it has started every time.

Very dependable car and comfortable , we’ve had the car since 2010 and it still runs great. We did the obvious suspension shocks were worn out. Changed rack in pinion and a tune up but overall it’s been a great car. Car has 170.000 miles on it .

I first purchased my 2010 Impala back in 2011. One of my most reliable comfortable vehicles. Unfortunately towards the time of me owning the vehicle it keeped overheating etc. Had to replace the Water Pump the normal wear and tear over the years. But many Chevy Dealerships couldn't figure out the problem. Until like many GM products, it was a Headgasket issue. And my Transmission was starting to slip. I had close to 200,000 miles on it. Also the Actuators were going bad as well. That "Clicking" every time you got in the vehicle drove me crazy. I got rid of my Impala back in 2018 due to me moving to another State and I had just purchased another New Vehicle. But this is a Comfortable Highway Cruiser. Very roomy, would buy again as a second Vehicle

Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. The manager of this dealer always greats me when I walk in and takes care of me in a friendly professional and consistent manner. I would recommend this dealership for service without question. I need to find out if crankshaft censor has been recalled because mine has stopped working and all I get is crank no fire . Everything stopped going down the road as I was driving it. Shut everything off no breaks or anything.

Have a 2004 Chevrolet Impala 3.4 motor I've had for 5 years it's got 210,000 Mi on it it's a good car transmission's good Motors excellent don't use any oil I've had a little trouble with the fuel and getting it right but other than that that's minor stuff it's been a real fine car for me

Bought this car used just over one year ago. I've put brakes all around, and a few oil changes. Car needs virtually no maintenance, even at 255,000 miles and going. Great value for me. Mpg, interior, and handling are nothing to write home about, but everything on the car works as it should. Highly recommend for a functional, reliable car. Maintenance is everything

I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

I was impressed with Drew as he was not a high pressured salesman. He allowed me to familiarize myself with the bmw. When I asked for an inspection performed by an independent bmw dealer he agreed to this. He wanted to sell the car but moved at my place. A neighborhood used car dealer that will continue to grow. I bought my 2011 Chevrolet impala ls in November of 2019 had 124k miles on it it now has 331k miles and the serpentine belt just broke it needs new gaskets and seals but it still runs

I would buy one and did in 2017 and it's been one of the best vehicles I have owned. I still get a lot of compliments on how nice it looks. It's pearl white with 20-inch wheels and they set it off. Sadly, they quit making it as they just got it perfect and then stopped. My buddy is still kicking himself for not buying the last model year they were built. I still have people wanting to buy it off me.

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!
