I love how big and comfy my impala is, it has a bench seat up front and can seat 6. It has excellent power and is trustworthy on long road trips! The car has been very reliable and has only needed minor repairs. It is getting older though…every so often it will make a funny noise and when it gets tired it needs a little extra coaxing to start and stay running. I plan on keeping it until it quits on me.

Mike was very nice, courteous and a pleasure to work with, very up front with information on the vehicle. Convenient hours, extremely hospitable and had a great experience all around.

Have a 2004 Chevrolet Impala 3.4 motor I've had for 5 years it's got 210,000 Mi on it it's a good car transmission's good Motors excellent don't use any oil I've had a little trouble with the fuel and getting it right but other than that that's minor stuff it's been a real fine car for me

Bought car 2013 chevy impal Ltz 30,000 miles , after 218,000 miles change transmission but now motor still same at 281,000 miles this car it bullet proof really good on snow with good tires and good on gas

Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

I called as a follow up to a listed vehicle, the salesman Gary was very helpful in answering questions, providing additional photos and helping to make a smooth sale. Ask for Gary if you want the best price!

I just bought this car 2 weeks ago with 125,000 miles for 4,500 hundred dollars. After a week it didn't start. So I took off the negative battery waited for 30 minutes and it started right up. I guess the computer needed restarted. It's been a week now and it has started every time.

The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

Only problem was the invoice said that the air filter wasn?t checked then on the back side of Check list said it was. But it wasn?t checked. Transparency needs to be cleared up. I believe this should be part of the multi point check list

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

This dealership is the greatest in the metro Detroit MI and around the Toledo OH areas. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate on a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This dealership was the only one that would negotiate with me. It was also the nicest dealership. I negotiated with them on 1/27/25. That is a time period when dealerships should negotiate. Dealerships make bonuses based on monthly quotas, incentives, etc. Sales people are normally only commission pay in the car sales business. If they don't rnake there quota they need to pay back the dealership for a pro ration of there quota shortage. Please learn about commission only payment for employees. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate pricing on the camry. This dealership answered my many questions. They didn't push me to come into there dealership. They respected my request to communicate via only by email (until I was ready to make a phone call to the dealership). They still do not phone me after I phoned them and honored my communicate by just email. I didn't agree with a charge dealerships gives to customers. This dealership was the only one negotiable on that charge. When I received my new vehicle the tank was filled up with gas. It was also very clean. They also threw in some options with my negotiated price. Don't waste much time calling other dealerships. This dealership is the only one that will give you respect. This dealership is the only one that will be negotiable. The other dealerships did not even want to give me $1.00 off the price. Also, the dealership will give you the out the door price. The dealership will not do the usual games of pushing you for "what do you want for a monthly payment". Also, I wasn't lied to by this dealership. I caught at least one lie from one person at every other dealership. Normally, if i were talking to more than one person it would be at least one lie per person per dealership. I also shopped at dealerships for a used vehicle this past summer. i followed the same procedures. all of the same things happened to me this past summer. it is very sad and sick. sadly, in the summer time page toyota didn't have my sought after vehicle. after my experience in the summertime i was exhausted from the horrible experiences. i have to shop so that is why i'm back shopping for a vehicle. I have had my impala for 6 years now and it has been a great first car for me. It fits everything I need when I take it to and from college and it’s always up for the road trip. I love how comfortable it is and it drives incredibly smooth. Sometimes I have to crank it a few times and give it a little gas to get it to stay running, especially when it’s hot out but other than that it has been a very reliable car for me! I will miss my impala whenever I decide to upgrade to a new car.

I just missed the car it was a van decent miles under 2k and I knew it was going to sell quickly and it did but Lori was so nice and suggested to look on the site and call because they get cars like that in often so I suggest her and this company and they jingle is catchy

Great car better mileage then my Toyota Camry. Purchased in 2014 was a dealer company demo, I drive this car 60 miles a day 5 days a week and never any problems. Love this car.

I need to find out if crankshaft censor has been recalled because mine has stopped working and all I get is crank no fire . Everything stopped going down the road as I was driving it. Shut everything off no breaks or anything.

I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

This is a great car but after 3 years I started having problems with the stability track, I would standing still at a light or making a turn and it would stall and even loose power, this is very frightening, I took it to the dealer who charged with $2000 to fix it and less that one year it is doing it again

Very dependable car and comfortable , we’ve had the car since 2010 and it still runs great. We did the obvious suspension shocks were worn out. Changed rack in pinion and a tune up but overall it’s been a great car. Car has 170.000 miles on it .

Mine is a 2014 LT with the 2.5L 4Cyl. At approx 50,000 miles I had a small water pump leak that was fixed under warranty. AT approx 95,000 miles the A/C compressor locked up with the temps in the 95 - 100 degree range. I had the dealer fix this at a cost of over $1,400 to me. Overall though, it has been a very good car. Highway trips (at the speed limit) return 34 MPG which I feel is fine for this size of car and beats the EPA guestimate of 31 MPG highway. Always had the dealer maintain this car except for tires and a battery I had to replace. Hated it when Chevy announced they would no longer make it. At it's current 102,500 miles, it still runs fine. I'm retired now and I'm ready to trade it in on a new (2023) Traverse which will give me more room to haul some of my grandkids around and maybe even pull a small boat with. Inventory at this writing is pretty poor though. 8/7/2022

I would buy one and did in 2017 and it's been one of the best vehicles I have owned. I still get a lot of compliments on how nice it looks. It's pearl white with 20-inch wheels and they set it off. Sadly, they quit making it as they just got it perfect and then stopped. My buddy is still kicking himself for not buying the last model year they were built. I still have people wanting to buy it off me.
