Buying a car out of state can make you nervous but I did NOT have that feeling dealing with Adam. The entire staff was courteous as well. I bought my 2011 Chevrolet impala ls in November of 2019 had 124k miles on it it now has 331k miles and the serpentine belt just broke it needs new gaskets and seals but it still runs

The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

Bought car 2013 chevy impal Ltz 30,000 miles , after 218,000 miles change transmission but now motor still same at 281,000 miles this car it bullet proof really good on snow with good tires and good on gas

Originally scheduled an appointment to see a Mazda Miata they had. Came across a Buick Cascada that they also had, and that seemed to be a better fit. Frank was very accommodating and helpful, willing to show me both vehicles. Great price on the Cascada, and he gave me an additional bit off, so I bought it. They have lots of vehicles, and he and his mechanic, Mike, were great!

We bought a new 2018 Impala over the Cadillac Test drove both. Impala had more interior leg and head room. My opinion their was not much of a difference in the ride or handling between them to have us spend 50K on Cadillac. Overall the Impala is a great ride plenty of power with the V6. MPG average around 27 to 33 I Highly recommend this car

Well let's start with my Dad worked for GM 34 years. With 6 boys guess what company we went with. I bought my wife a used 08 Chevy Impala from a friend that owned a car lot. It had 90k miles on it. I got it for $1,500.00 a steal. She still have that car today and it has 248,365 miles on it now and believe it or not it runs the same as it did when I bought it. I thought it was time to get my wife a new car and she said, "no thank" this car had never set her down. I did the maintenance on all of my vehicles. She told me she would drive another Chevy Impala. So I got her the 2012 LT FLEX from a private owner. This car is wicked. With the after market sports parts. I can only imagine how many miles she'll put on this one. Guess who drives the 08". It will have a 1/4 of a million on it by the end of January 2025.LOL you have to get one, or just drive on to get. Love the product. My wife drove a stick when I met her. She says it fell like she's shifting gears without the work. That 6 speed transmission shifts so flawlessly. She won't drive anything other than a Chevy. She wants an El Camino. LOL 😆 .

We have been looking for a first car for my 16 year old son. Every where we went had rude sales people and crappy cars. We saw a car posted on here that we were interested in. I called and told the owner I would like to look at it that night. They close at 6, but I got caught in traffic on 275. I called on my way and Ken the owner was very polite and said he wouldn't mind staying and waiting for me to arrive. I got there at 6:30 and the car was pulled inside and waiting for me to look at. (It was snowing, so this was greatly appreciated) The car was very clean and in great condition. Took it for a test drive and ended up buying it right there on the spot. I was 10 years old and always wanted a Chevy Impala. I had a 2003 model prior to this one. I bought this 2012 Chevy Impala LT from CarMax. I love the power it has. It's fast!!! The fuel economy is OK I guess. I love the automatic start feature. Before I leave for work I hit the LOCK button twice then hold the circle button on the key fob and it starts right up. It doesn't take long to warm up so all I have to do is turn the key and go. The car shifts like a dream, it shifts like a 6 speed manual but it's an automatic. The interior space it OK not crazy about it but the trunk is big. Mine also has Bluetooth connectivity I hooked my phone up to it so now I get hands free calling. If I have my phone with me and the Bluetooth is on it automatically connects for me. I hit it button on the steering wheel and say a phone number it dials the number I say. It has cruise control. Overall a smooth quiet ride and very reliable. I just love this car. The only problem it gave me so far was the tapping noise from the dash which turned out to be the HVAC door blend actuator which I fixed myself. Thanks Chevrolet for this great product. Hopefully you bring the Impala back.

Desides to go elsewhere for the specific vehicle I was seeking. The team was helpful along the way nonetheless.

Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

Adam was quick to answer all my emails / texts, car was a good value. The car was a low mileage car that was very hard to find. The lot has very limited parking and is very busy.

I just bought this car 2 weeks ago with 125,000 miles for 4,500 hundred dollars. After a week it didn't start. So I took off the negative battery waited for 30 minutes and it started right up. I guess the computer needed restarted. It's been a week now and it has started every time.

I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it
