We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
We had a good experience here. There was the typical wait time to get into finance which is normal. We got a great deal on the almost new Jeep (4600 miles on it) that we bought with their Black Friday internet price. Thank you for being so easy to work with!
Max was very helpful during our car buying experience. He went to great lengths to make sure all our concerns were addressed. Khalid was super pleasant and made the financing process as enjoyable as financing can be. He is very personable and engaging. Lindsey was quick to respond to my internet inquiry. I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Stapleton and had the pleasure of working with Shon and Bob on it. I've bought several cars over the years and also done a decent amount of shopping around for this latest one. I've seen all kinds of dealers from the big dealerships to mom and pop used car lots. I can say that this was absolutely the best experience I've EVER had test driving and buying a car. Shon was outstanding throughout the process! He quickly answered any questions I had, fixed some issues that he found without me even asking and made sure that I was not only comfortable throughout the process but 100% happy with the results. Hands down best dealership in the area and I will be a lifelong customer of Stapleton because of their attention to detail and customer service. Great job guys and keep up the good work!!!

I just finished buying my third car from Broadway motors. Without a doubt this has been the best experience for buying cars I have ever had. I bought my first car at 20 years old and I’m now 65. I’ve got one more son that wants to replacehis current car. When that time comes I will have absolutely no hesitation to contact Jerry at Broadway motors. This is the second time I have used the service department for my Sante Fe. Each time the team members that I have had contact were professional and very helpful. On this visit a small request was overlooked. And b I mentioned during final review of the service the service manager immediately sent my car back in and had the issue resolved in less that 10 minutes. I have been very pleased with each interaction.

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
