I've had my 2022 Premier for about 6 months. I like it more than I want to - I was waiting to buy a Cadillac later this year! I saw this Premier (2liter turbo) that was new last October with less than 4k miles (and 20+% under list) and could not pass it up. It's comfortable, quiet, handles well and is OK quick. It has heated rear seats, which I don't need but no power tilt/telescope steering wheel or power up pass. window. Fuel economy is spot on it's EPA rating. I have 2 small complaints. (1) the radio, set to Sirius/XM, will change to 97.4 FM - no warning/no reason. My local dealer updated the radio software but this stlll happens. (2) At the same instant the dash pod winks out...then comes back. Weird but I'm not gonna sweat this. Overall a nice GM product.

Better this time around! Westway Ford has burned my family and I on a handful occasions in the past. Last truck I bought in 2021 they play around with the numbers, “LOW BALLED” my trade, wouldn’t give me my keys, etc. I sold my vehicle to EchoPark and went back because I thought I was getting a good deal on a new vehicle. Fast forward to now, I got a cold call from Destiny. It’s time to refinance or trade your vehicle what was in my voicemail. Because I like pain, I returned contact with Destiny to refinance because the market has shifted in a bad way, MMR wasn’t in my favor and interest rates are high. I met Destiny and she convinced me to trade. SMH, let the games and headache begin. I expressed my feelings and concerns about my past experiences and how Westway is the worst dealer I have ever done business with, so on, and so on…. She said it was different, new staff, new management, but that seems to be what they always do. So, I told her the truth, she tried her best, and I bought a new 2024 F150 with all the features I wanted for a little more a month then I wanted but within reason. Angelica from finance was transparent and did her job well. She worked with me on building a plan that works for me and my driving habits. I’m not going to lie, the bad experiences with Westway in the past were terrible, degrading, uncomfortable, and unforgettable. All is not forgotten or forgiven, but I would recommend friends and family to see Destiney and Angelica only at this time. My trust start with them and will build on from there. If this is the way Westway is truly heading, and can continue to rebuild from all that has happened. Not just from myself, family, friends, but all of the past reviews over the years from DFW. You might be turning a page to something better. Thank you again to Destiny, Angelica, and Giovana for doing your jobs, and doing them well!

I purchased my Malibu LS almost a year ago and remain very satisfied with this vehicle, it looks very classy, it is very fuel efficient, it is very peppy with the 4cyl turbo engine, this is very good more basic transportation compared to other brands, if your not hung up on having all the bells and whistles buy this car!!!

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

Bought the Malibu RS trim, I like the looks better than the LS/LT and it's also slightly less expensive. This car really hits the mark for an economy car. I get 10mpg more than my old 20mpg V6 twin turbo Taurus. Cheaper to run than my old car but not nearly as fast.... but that's what you give up to get the better fuel economy. This car has a CVT transmission and that forces a different driving style than a car with a normal transmission. You can't do heavy throttle starts, you just get a lot of noise and not much speed. It feels like the trans is slipping when you floor it, and it probably is. However if you start slow and then roll into the throttle it will actually push you back in your seat. Overall good performance, you just can't expect to drag race with it. Very nice as a stylish people mover.

I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

I talked to Damon for a week about a Volkswagen car and he gave me all the information I need. I am living in the Houston area, so he kept in touch with me during the week to let me know that the car was still available for sale. He added $15 for the test drive out of his pocket so that i try the car. He was friendly and approachable during the transaction as well, and he was answered all the questions I had, without being annoyed. I recommend him and Hertz Car Sales.

Cleanest used car I've ever purchased anywhere. They take better care of their cars than most people I know do. Sales are not pushy and they ride with you when doing the test drive so I don't have to fool with GPS to return. Lots of paperwork as always, but finance guy took care of things quickly and efficiently. Really nice experience all around. Will definitely buy again from Hertz.
