I was drawn to Mark Allen Chevy because he is a veteran as I am. I bought a 2019 2500 HD Duramax in 2021 in September when no new vehicle were available. There is no words to describe the service that he provides from being willing to help at all times and his people skills. I will not do business with any one else or even consider doing so because of my treatment by this employee. I also have complete trust in him which is rare in this day and age. I express my thanks to the entire team of Mark Allen Chevy at Glenpool. I would not buy a vehicle from any one else because of how I have been treated since becoming a customer. Dealt with Max in internet sales. He was super helpful and did a lot of extra work behind the scenes since I was buying from out of town. Everyone was super courteous, the car was as promised and worth the drive.

Great assistance from service representative, no unwanted add ones, even told me one of the services I requested was not due at this time. Found out why I requested that particular service and told me I actually had another issue that was giving me the same issues a broken bolt in the exhaust system causing a reduction in gas mileage. Superb job from start to finish. Nice to know there are still honest people in the auto business. Old retired USN MCPO thanks you all.

Matt always takes care of my vehicle. He make sure everything is checked and the all fluids are filled. He's always. He's always professional and helpful and answering any of my questions I've been coming to them for many many years and do not like to take my vehicle anywhere, but to Mark Allen dealership for service because they are all experts and I know that when I leave there, my car has been properly evaluated for any issues and that Matt will always report to me. What's going on and come up with a plan if one is needed.
