He was so helpful, made sure I knew everything about my car and was always there to answer all of my questions. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met, and he even personally drove the car I purchased all the way to my home in Virginia. Jack is AMAZING and I would come back just for him. My battery without notice, needed a jump start and I was advised to purchase one ASAP. I had no appointment and went to Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie and was greeted by Troy and explained my situation. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was there for a oil change so I waited. I was offered coffee etc. It was less than an hour and I was done. I always have my vehicle service there because they are fast and good customer service.
