He also expedited the sale process because he understood that I needed to drive the vehicle back to the SF Bay Area that day. I had an issue with my 2021 Silverado, spoke to several employees and management, they ended up resolving my issue and took in my trade and offered and 2025 with discounts due to the situation at hand.
