Before I never use America car only use Japan car. But this time I try use Chevy bolt EUV and service at Simpson dealership at garden grove first time and I feel the service very good and service advisor Vuong Huu is very nicely and helpful , friendly for customer. I had an issue with my 2021 Silverado, spoke to several employees and management, they ended up resolving my issue and took in my trade and offered and 2025 with discounts due to the situation at hand. Uri was amazing in the process of it all on going back and forth trying to get a resolution for me and closing the deal and making sure I had what I needed this time around, Jeff as well was great on assisting and bringing down the truck for me to see before I purchase due to my crazy busy schedule. Gabriel in Service as well was very helpful and followed up. I will definitely continue doing business and recommend this dealer and their staff.
