The manager went out of his way to make me feel welcome and assure me they?d get me back on the road as soon as possible. Carlos, the service advisor was excellent. Zach the diesel technician came over and personally introduced himself. It felt like the red carpet was rolled out and I had the dream team working on my truck. It's a little bit of a drive from our home, but I still wouldn't go anywhere closer because I know my vehicle is in good hands always.

Great except for the text communication about the service. Was unable to make contact with a person at service, called three times, after receiving a text message about the recommended service and pricing. I personally don't care for the electronic communication and would prefer to speak with a service writer.
