My service advisor Jeff got my trucks A/C compressor completed in a very timely manner even though my part was on backorder and none to be found in Texas. After a quick diagnostics of a faulty A/C compressor, Jeff really dug in and found an new one and had it overnighted from out of state just to get me back on the road as soon as possible. He also pushed for me to get a truck rental while it was service so I didn’t miss too much work. Our salesperson, Frankie, was knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy, we called ahead and he had the truck waiting for us to test drive. The finance manager, Mason, made the paperwork process incredibly smooth and stress-free. He clearly explained all the options and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The truck itself is everything we hoped for—stylish, powerful, and packed with new technology. The delivery coordinator, Michael, took the time to walk us through all the new features, ensuring we left feeling confident and excited about our purchase.
