When I expressed my concerns about covid he kindly agreed to wear a mask and arranged for the process to be conducted outdoors as much as possible. He also expedited the sale process because he understood that I needed to drive the vehicle back to the SF Bay Area that day. Both Stephen and Brandon were excellent help when dealing with the whole car buying experience. From start to finish they were able to make the experience both easy and enjoyable. Both had a great attitude and truly showed their attention to customer service. Brandon has even gone out of his way via text/email to ensure we are satisfied with our purchase and to see if we need any assistance with apps on the car.
