Basically I was inquiring about a car and receive a quick reply. Unfortunately the car was missing a feature that was of interest to me so I did not pursue it but the saleswoman was nice and transparent with me and answered my question with honesty and accuracy.

I recently purchased a Buick Enclave from City Chevrolet. I have used the service department for 2 oil changes in the last 2 months. Joe in Service has been exceptional dealing with the service I have required. I have always been somewhat suspect of a dealership providing service. Joe has changed my mind. My 12 1/2 year old Volt is hanging in there because of the skill, knowledge, and great work by the team at Chevy Exchange. I called a few days before Christmas to describe a problem. They got me in the morning after Christmas. A part was needed so they kept my car and a nice young gentleman drove me home.
