The only disappointment was I scheduled an appt and was there on time yet still had to wait for 2 hours to get my car finished. Service advisor was awesome tho and kept us up to date on the progress. Overall great experience not he work that was done.

This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. The guys at Jim Trenary were quick and efficient. Affable too. They got my car in, checked it out, and changed the battery pretty fast.

They really are no pressure dealership. They listened to my concerns, apprehension, and really worked with my budget. I walked in really wanting a blazer but ended up with an equinox that I love. Mike was able to take in consideration what I wanted and was looking for and found something that worked in my price range. I was able to test drive alone (which I prefer). The car I ended up buying had some hail damage and they are taking care of it free of charge, which is very gracious. Mike was friendly and very easy to work with. If I need another car, I'm starting here first.
