New and used 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 trucks for sale near Benns Church, VA

I have a 2020 Chevy Equinox that had service all wheel drive, Ray Korchak checked me in and they had to keep the car a few days, Ray went out of his way to keep me updated on what was going on with the car, It ended up being a wiring harness they had to order. Also would like to thank Calvin on helping me get a loaner car while I waited on my vehicle.

I called to make an appointment for a state inspection and an oil change with Hall Hyundai, where I purchased my vehicle. I was told the earliest appointment would be July 20, 2023. I stated that date would be a month after my state inspection would have expired. I asked if they could check with Hall Chevrolet, next door, for an earlier appointment. They checked and I got an appointment the same day for 11:00 AM. Amazing! Unbelievable. I dopped my vehicle off at 10:00 AM with Adam Jones. By 11:10 AM, I received a text message stating my vehicle had been inspected, along with a video of the inspection and a detail report with recommended services I should consider having done. I selected a service I wanted to be done all from my cell phone. It was quick and easy. Within less than two hours later, I received another text message stating that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. This was by far the best experience I have received from a service department in quite a while. Great communication through texting! Thank you, Hall Chevrolet and Adam for taking care of me today.

My truck was in for warranty work . I had a 7 oclok appointment. Trk didn't get diagnosed until closing time late afternoon . I did get to drive it fixed the next afternoon before closing time . I am grateful that warranty took care of problem (fuelpump) . The ser techs could do a better job communicating to the custs waiting for their vehicles . I had to call everytime to find out what was happening with my vehicle . Other then that all the other people I felt w was very over the top nice and informative .

I arrived for my appointment that I made online, however it wasn't found in the system. I understood that, however, Mary (the advisor) didn't make things better with her rude remarks and nasty attitude. For example...Mary: "you drove way down here for an oil change? ; My response: I drove way down here to buy it. Her greeting was very unwelcoming and the rude comments were very unnecessary! I will add upon departure she was much more pleasant.
