They pulled their lead transmission tech in to get a quick diagnostic of what the problem was. Just when I thought there was no hope, Mike and German worked on a solution that enabled me to drive down to VA Beach the same day while my car was getting repaired. When you go here, you feel like you are important, you feel like you are cared about, you feel like you are a part of their family. I scheduled an appointment for my car to be serviced with Mr. Medric Mills based on past experience. I was greeted and he explained what needed to be done and the estimated cost. I went to the waiting room, and he told me he would come and let me know when the service had been completed. After explaining the service done, he also informed me when future repairs were due. My experience was excellent with the best customer service.
