Everything was ready when I arrived and within an hour,including test drive, we were on our way. Got what I think was a fair offer for my trade and was treated very well through the entire process. I'm glad I made the call.

Bought a new truck and had a factory issue, made an appointment they told me how long it would take they were spot on with their time estimate and repair was made and have had no issues with truck since. If you want fast and friendly service this is where you need to take your vehicle!

Aaron Miller, salesman, kept his word when I wasn't “determined” to buy a car. He handled my Mom’s new lease and I mentioned I would love to buy a used car but was on a very limited income. He asked how much I could pay each month and that he would keep an eye out and be in contact. It wasn’t but a few days later he called and told me about a 2008 Ford Edge Limited with 105,000 miles and in my range. He helped me with purchasing this vehicle. I am very happy! Had an excellent experience during the buying process. My only complaint is that there was a small issue with the truck. A plastic piece around the steering column was loose, not a big deal but I wanted it fixed. Sales person was right on it, took it back to service and brought the truck back after about 30-45 minutes and said they are going to order the part and we'll call you when it arrives. I get a call the next day from the service manager, he explains that my information wasn't in the system yet and that there was a miscommunication between the sales person and the service department so they couldn't create a service ticket to get the part ordered. He asked if I could bring the truck in again so they could find out what part they needed to order and that I'll need to bring it back once the part arrives. I live 30 minutes away from the dealership so making an extra trip is a little bit of an inconvenience. The service manger was very nice and did apologize for the mistake and the inconvenience. Mistakes happen and no one is perfect just a bit of a let down. I would still recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. This is the only interaction I've had with the Service department so far, so I'm hoping everything goes well.

Kris Spindler was my Sales Rep. This young man and the Loan Guru, worked with me for over 3 hours in order to get me a loan I could afford for the car I wanted. All the folks there made me feel right at home. They are a great bunch of people. My car was brought to my home and I was told it would need to go back to fix a spot on the back. So whenever I could let it go on a Friday, they would fix it. They came and got the car, dropped of a replacement, and returned my car the next day. You can not beat that kind of service. Would recommend this Dealership to anyone.
