Zach was very helpful and answered every question I had and I had many. I purchased the Toyota Tundra in Ohio and I live in South Carolina. With that said the sale was seamless and the dealer offered to bring the vehicle to an airport closer to me. This saved me at least 2 1/2 hours in travel time to get back home. Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Micheal S. Is professional, knowledgeable and communicates in a timely manner. My Chevy Ss was recently in for general service. I was told the calipers on the Brembro brakes were seized up and needed replacing however part is no longer manufactured. My car remained in the shop for10 days while a search for part was ongoing and Mike was away. Monday I received a call that calipers were functioning and performing. I am not sure I was convinced that this story was true as initial diagnostic seemed drastic. There was no charge. I trust Micheal when he conveyed faith in proper function of my brakes. I will trust him in future service for my vehicle as he conveys interest in overseeing proper care of my car.

They did what I asked them to do. They spoke with me about what the car needed and I asked them to just do one thing as it is an old car and I did not want bill to be too much of an expense.

I used to take my other vehicles to other oil change companies. Now I choose to bring my Chevy Traverse to the dealership for my oil changes because I love they provide you recommendations and include pictures. It?s even more affordable if you search for a service coupon on their site.

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.

This was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I've ever had. My sales consultant (Dayton) was very helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
