Ron immediately addressed my scheduled maintenance issue, suggested I sign up for a promotion that would save me about 1/3 over the course of 3 oil changes, and then informed me that I'd already taken advantage of it on my last visit, rendering this visit absolutely free. Only problem was the invoice said that the air filter wasn?t checked then on the back side of Check list said it was. But it wasn?t checked. Transparency needs to be cleared up. I believe this should be part of the multi point check list
