At 138,000 miles of driving my HHR over Houston streets over the last 12 years, my McPherson Struts needed to be replaced and other critical servicing needed to be done. The assessments of all items needing attention was superb! My service writer at Davis Chevy (Tony) and my service technician took care of the necessary items in quick order, and I will be back to attend to the remaining less urgent items very soon. Very pleased with the thoroughness of both assessments and repairs, and I'm the kind of guy who still has my 2010 Chilton service Manual for my HHR ... Grin!

He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. Great representative, service was quick, representative looked up my warranty and found out a had purchased oil changes. The area was clean and bathrooms were clean.

Very enjoyable experience from walking in the door. All that were in the showroom greeted us as we came in the door. Our salesman met with us and showed us the truck we had inquired about. We looked at the truck, wanted it and went in to begin the process. The Manager Steve, came and introduced himself along with our financial manager Kirk. The entire purchase was about an hour and a half, but some of that was learning about their families and sharing stories. Like we were all family. So would I recommend Auto Nation to others, absolutely. This is the second purchase we have made from Auto Nation, the other being located in Amarillo.
