My son and I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Forte at Lynch Chevrolet. It was an awesome experience. We were greeted warmly by our salesperson Kurt Martiny and he listened carefully to our needs. Kurt skillfully connected us to the best car to suit our budget and needs. Kurt offered to keep us comfortable while we awaited the process. The showroom was spotless, bathrooms clean and the coffee was very good. It was an over all wonderful experience.

Basically I was inquiring about a car and receive a quick reply. Unfortunately the car was missing a feature that was of interest to me so I did not pursue it but the saleswoman was nice and transparent with me and answered my question with honesty and accuracy.

My 12 1/2 year old Volt is hanging in there because of the skill, knowledge, and great work by the team at Chevy Exchange. I called a few days before Christmas to describe a problem. They got me in the morning after Christmas. A part was needed so they kept my car and a nice young gentleman drove me home. He picked me up the next day when the car was ready and the car is working better than it was before the original problem occurred. Many thanks to all of the great team members at Chevy Exchange!!!!

Our experience was great from the moment my niece and I entered the dealership to me driving out with a brand new vehicle! Viviana Quinto was so attentive from the first time I contacted the dealer to welcoming us when we arrived. Francisco Zavala was so kind, professional and attentive. He was understanding to my needs. Not real good on communication, the managers are a little self indulged. They made me feel as though I should be a little more grateful that they would allow me to purchase a vehicle from them. Salesman, Arnulfo us very good very pleasant. Overall I would go 4.5 out of 5.0. As dealerships go not too bad

It wasn't the best, but not the worst. Mamagement is a little self indulged, they gave me the impression that they were doing me a favor by selling me a vehicle. Even thought I had the check the day after my initial visit, it took a week for deluvery, they didn't appear to care if it was delivered or not. The salesman, Arnulfo, was top notch!

Mike G was beyond helpful, From the time we arrived he greeted us and made us feel comfortable. Mike explained everything that would take place and kept us informed through out the day on everything that was being performed on our vehicle.
