Nick, the young man who assisted me was attentive, kind and knowledgeable about the PT Cruiser as well as being thoroughly professional. He is an asset to AutoNation - Colonial. He did not push or try and upselling, allowing me to make up my mind, yet being available and knowledgeable enough to answer my questions. His manager, equally professional and kind asked if the dealership met my number, would I buy the car. Well, of course I said yes, and the deal was struck. The process was efficient without abnormal wait times and each person I dealt with further enhanced the experience. Also, I received a better than good offer for my trade-in. I highly recommend.

We made an appointment to go in and look for a new vehicle as we had unexpectedly needed to replace one of our vehicles. They greeted us at the door, were familiar with our needs/taste and had us test driving in no time. Salesman was knowledgeable about each car, but not pushy. They helped us feel at ease through whole process.

Had to get my car serviced due to a check engine light that came on. The team got me scheduled in right away, helped me get a rental car, and was very quick in finding and repairing the issues. Omar was great with communicating and keeping me up to date on the status of my car and answering any questions I had.

We went to get information and we were very pleased with the way they treated us with such respect. They are very welcoming and are willing to help you out through the whole process. Richard the service advisor and Brian the diesel mechanic worked as a team to get the vehicle properly diagnosed and properly repaired. Two other GM local dealers were not able/willing to help me.... even though this was a warranty issue?? There was even a code thrown that the mechanic had not seen and ultimately led to a TSB generated from GM!! All and all Richard and Brian were able to get things completed in a timely manner and I was very pleased with his continued communication along the way. Great Experience!!

I found a Mazda5 in excellent condition at the dealership. The buying experience went smoothly and when a sensor acted up, the service department took charge and replaced the part after I had purchased the car. I highly recommend this dealership.

Finally a dealership that cares and also brings A1 service, Dominick derasmo is this the guy to have a look out for he is beyond great.

very clean inviting place. The manager lady greeted us when we arrived, we were attended immediately by a very polite young salesman. Only disappointing thing was that we were given a written % rate and when we finished the deal the person that does all the finishing paper work, I believe the finance manager, had a higher interest rate, I was upset about that but I really wanted to get the vehicle, as a birthday present and did not want to do it all over because my credit score was already pulled and I wanted to give the surprise to my wife.

Very pleasant salesman. Quick and painless process. Would definitely do business with them again. Got the deal we wanted.
