Overall good drove over three hours to arrive, pain that policy is they don?t accept checks or certified checks when purchasing outright. Did money transfer before leaving home and waited an hour at dealership for verification of transfer total four hours (ridicules). Other than that process was simple enough.

Craig at Rick and Hendrick in Richmond was amazing, he made me feel welcome and valued my time. Craig made sure that I was comfortable and loved what I was looking for and asking for in a car. He was very patient and supportive with understanding. I didn?t feel like a dollar sign I was treated with respect and he was concerned about putting me in a car that I love be also what was great for my money and safety with me having two kids.
