If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

Love my new truck. The comfort exceeded my expectations for a 2500. There is plenty of room in the cab and the step in the bed makes it easier to access the tool box. It is the perfect truck for work and hauling.

A few days ago I went and looked at a used Ram pickup. John, the owner, was extremely polite and informative. He doesn't have hundreds of cars so he knows a lot about each of the ones he has. We had a nice conversation and I took the truck for a test drive, by myself, which was very nice! In the end I am still thinking about it only because I'm the type of person that needs to look at a few different vehicles before I make up my mind. But this dealership is everything I look for when I buy a used vehicle. Honesty, information and no high pressure! Lastly, John immediately answers back when I text him questions. My experience was great! Called on a weekend to check on a vehicle and Kim was very helpful and answered all my questions. I am from out of state and told them I could'nt be there to look at it or pick it up til Wednesday. Not a problem they held it for me and answered any remaining questions. The car has been great, and we will definitely be referring folks there and using them again.
