Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

What a wonderful experience I had!!! I was visiting family in Danville, Ky from Rochester, New York and buying a new car wasn’t even in my wheelhouse. My son in law showed me a picture of a 2023 Nissan Rogue that had been traded in 2 days prior. Off we went to see it before they closed on Saturday June 21. Ethan Belcher who is FANTASTIC arranged for Christian to be waiting for us with the keys and off we went! It was a done deal. The perfect car for me! Christian was waiting for us upon return. He made everything perfectly smooth. A deposit was given, Cody handled that professionally and away we went back to my daughter’s home. I couldn’t change my plans to stay later than planned and HAD to head home 2 days later on Monday . HOW in the world am I going to get this car home 600 miles away!?! Ethan and Christian arranged to do the financial part on the phone on Tuesday …. I signed everything online AND I was told my car would be DELIVERED to my driveway on Thursday!!!!! WHAT????? I drove 4 hours to purchase my Bronco from Lenz. I had test driven a couple in the past few years and knew the exact model and trim I wanted. Overall, Lenz, was easy to work with. Disappointment came: (1) I brought concerns to the dealer after my test drive letting them know a low windshield washer fluid light had come on, and that my coolant level was well below the minimum (2) chip in windshield that was not previously disclosed Unfortunately, I was told nothing could be done about the windshield because it had already been repaired once… and they said they “filled” the fluids. To be fair, we did negotiate money off for the windshield. However, within minutes of signing my paperwork and leaving the dealership, the low fluid light came back on. I was already started on my way home and honestly didn’t want to deal with it. When I got home, I ended up filling the windshield washer fluid with an entire gallon, and had to top off the coolant. Additionally, I noticed the tires were way over-inflated on the passenger side. These are small things, yes; however it makes me wonder what other simple corners were cut just to make a deal. Do yourself a favor - take that inspection list and go over each and every item that you can before you make your purchase. Also - major kudos to Mike B (I was not his client) who took the time to tell me all about the Ford Pass, connecting my car to all of the technology, and spoke to me for quite some time about my new Bronco and genuinely seemed excited about my purchase. He spoke to me with respect and honor, and didn’t try to speak down to me or over me. I have to wonder how different my purchasing experience would be had I worked with him.

Timely and professional. Good car service to home and back was appreciated. Previous reported problems corrected with software update. Truck is running well, problem resolved.

Straight forward and honest, I asked about a vehicle and was told not to bother it was in rough shape and they made a bad call on taking it in on trade. I was impressed that they told upfront the vehicle was bad I appreciate that they steered me away from a bad deal instead of making a sale first. I was very pleased with my experience with Impex Chevrolet. I found the vehicle on line and was able to put a down payment on it also on line. I made arrangements to drive 3 hours to the dealership from my home in Virginia, and met with Marqus Brooks, the salesman handling my sale. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to explain different options available to me regarding extended warranty, and assisted in completing the sale. Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.
