We just had a very positive and smooth interaction and used car purchase with Castle Chevrolet. We were shopping for a replacement Chevy Trax for my 86 year old mother in law and I found one on Castle's web site that was a perfect fit for her. I phoned the dealer to let them know we would be coming in. We were met by Jeff Vicari who handles our entire transaction and sale in a professional, courteous and respectful manner. My typical opinion of dealing with buying a car normally isn't very favorable but this experience was awesome. We did have a minor issue with the loan paperwork but it was our fault, I contacted Jerome Witt ( Sales Manager) who said he would fix the problem - low and behold, it was fixed within the hour. My thanks to both of these guys for making the transaction positive!

The process was easy. Went to see the car but they were waiting for a part. We liked it right away. When it was finished they called us to test drive. Dan and Dave were terrific no pressure. They gave us a figure and we gave them ours and they did more than we asked for including accessories. John in finance and John the gm were also terrific. I rate this dealership very high.

He was professional, personable, and made me feel welcomed—like I was a regular, part of the family. He took my concerns seriously and made sure I felt heard and valued. I don’t usually like name-dropping dealerships, but I have to be honest. I purchased two fully loaded Suburbans from Castle Chevy North, and yet, I still don’t feel welcomed or appreciated there. I barely get a proper greeting and often feel like a bother rather than a valued customer. The level of service and hospitality at Advantage is truly above reproach. Even though it’s a further drive for me, I will gladly make the trip just to work with Jeffrey moving forward. Thank you for such a refreshing and professional experience.

Very professional and courteous sales staff. Some behind the scenes issues with info I'd received by email being incorrect, but it was solved quick enough.

The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.

after shopping around at a few chevy dealers i was at Jerry Haggerty and met Steve B. Steve was very helpful and knows a lot about the different cars chevy has as well as the differences between the many trim levels. We were really hoping to get another Impala after losing ours in a Total Loss accident a few months ago. We ended up selecting an Equinox although we were 99% sure on the Trax until we found it a little easier to get in and out of the Equinox. If you need a nice , patient, easy going salesperson that actually listens.. go to Jerry Haggerty and ask for Steve B!!

This was my first car purchase from a dealership of any sort so I was very nervous, but he was incredibly kind and helpful and explained everything I had questions on. He was very thorough and I felt super satisfied when I walked off the lot with my car. Cannot thank him enough! I worked with Regis on a 2000 Corvette and can say it was the easiest buying experience. I’d asked to have the front fender alignment looked at and he had it fixed along with a missing trim piece. The car was in excellent shape and all modifications were disclosed. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pricing was very fair and I was in and out within a half hour on the day of pick-up. You can tell he genuinely enjoys the work he does and it shows. Thank you Regis and everyone at Illinois Motors for helping me find my dream car.

Not real good on communication, the managers are a little self indulged. They made me feel as though I should be a little more grateful that they would allow me to purchase a vehicle from them. Salesman, Arnulfo us very good very pleasant. Overall I would go 4.5 out of 5.0. As dealerships go not too bad
