The only reason I gave overall a 5 star is there was a manager that got a little nasty and cussed at one of their employees (a very young man) ; which was unprofessional to do in front of a customer. The employee that was helping me, I could tell he was on edge and uneasy, I'm assuming due to the manager who was clearly creating tension in the shop. *may not have been manager, however he was the only employee not wearing the shop tech shirt and was wearing button up shirt and dress pants.

Mr. Malcolm Duncan welcomed me on October 14, 2024, as I was bringing my Buick Enclave for regular maintenance and repair. Malcolm greeted me, listened to my concerns and questions, and provided me with excellent service at all stages, keeping me informed until the completion of the servicing of my car.
