Paolo was our salesman and he was beyond helpful, kind, and easy to work with. I had been talking to Rachel through emails and she set everything up for us, as far as what payment we wanted. She got us just we asked for. We then went to the dealership and Paolo helped us with the rest of the way. He showed us the truck, ran numbers for us and made it work so that we got the payment we asked for. This was my sons first experience buying a new car and it could not have been a better experience. The manager there also came out to talk to my son and be sure he understood everything about the lease. I thought that was awesome. There was at no time any feeling of being rushed, or being pressured to buy the truck. We went home to talk about the payment and 2 days later bought the truck. I scheduled an appointment to have my bed treated with a spray on bed liner. I went in and they gave me a complimentary ride home. A couple hours later they called to let me know it was ready. So professional, so efficient.

Drove 3 hours to purchase a used Nissan Frontier from Marisol Morales at Phillips Chevy in Lansing. In 30+ years of buying cars, this was among the most pleasant car-buying experiences I've ever had. Very friendly and accommodating, and Marisol did such a great job keeping in touch by phone & e-mail. Super-professional and wonderful to work with. Did I enjoy 3 hours there and 3 hours back ? Not really. But I got a great vehicle, a very fair deal, and every single person I dealt with at Phillips made it worth the time & trouble.

The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.
