But this time I try use Chevy bolt EUV and service at Simpson dealership at garden grove first time and I feel the service very good and service advisor Vuong Huu is very nicely and helpful , friendly for customer. I first time see service advisor like that, I hope this dealership will training employees like him. And customer will come back again,because they happy after serving they car. Thank!

I brought my car in with concerns that the issues I was experiencing were significant. Thankfully because I do keep up on maintenance and Sierra Chevrolet does such a great job, the issue was not bad. I was referred to Felix by my uncle and he was not wrong about the quality of their service. Jonathan from the Service Department assisted me with 2 issues I had with my Equinox that were still under warranty. Making an appointment over the phone was much easier than doing it online, but as soon as I dropped the car off at Felix, Jonathan took care of everything. He updated me on the status of the vehicle and gave me a timeframe of when he expected the work to be completed. My car was in the shop longer than I had hoped, but I?m just glad the service techs were able to figure out the problem and fix it. I did notice an issue after I picked up my car, but Jonathan was right on top of it after I reported the problem. They resolved the issue in a timely manner. Everyone I came in contact with at Felix was very helpful and kind. I?ve been to other Chevy dealers before but Felix Chevrolet is top notch.

Keeps it real without trying to add or upsell extra charges and services besides what?s necessary. Makes helpful recommendations.
