I recently bought a 2018 F150 XLT from Ricky at Gibson Truck World and I can honestly say this was the most none pressure easy working sales team I have ever dealt with. The let me put a 500.00 refundable deposit on the truck to go to lunch and take some time on my decision. Also they worked all the options to get me into the payment amount I needed since I had just purchased a new home the same year. Nick, the young man who assisted me was attentive, kind and knowledgeable about the PT Cruiser as well as being thoroughly professional. He is an asset to AutoNation - Colonial. He did not push or try and upselling, allowing me to make up my mind, yet being available and knowledgeable enough to answer my questions. His manager, equally professional and kind asked if the dealership met my number, would I buy the car. Well, of course I said yes, and the deal was struck. The process was efficient without abnormal wait times and each person I dealt with further enhanced the experience. Also, I received a better than good offer for my trade-in. I highly recommend.

He was extremely attentive, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Felipe demonstrated extensive knowledge about the vehicles and was always willing to answer my questions with clarity and kindness. My purchasing experience was much smoother and more positive thanks to his excellent support.

Richard the service advisor and Brian the diesel mechanic worked as a team to get the vehicle properly diagnosed and properly repaired. Two other GM local dealers were not able/willing to help me.... even though this was a warranty issue?? There was even a code thrown that the mechanic had not seen and ultimately led to a TSB generated from GM!! All and all Richard and Brian were able to get things completed in a timely manner and I was very pleased with his continued communication along the way. Great Experience!!
