I love the team at Eagle Chevy of Riverhead. I have to say Mahima went above and beyond for me, and ensured my truck was well taken care of. We ran into some issues - but they did a really good job assisting with those (items were on back-order, etc). Mahima's customer service is top notch! The buying process was easy. I came in and ordered my silverado 1500. The bad part wasn't the dealers fault but I placed the order on December 24, 2024. It came in April 28th , 2025. That was over a 4 month wait. That is way too long .
