This dealership's integrity is what sold me my new car. I've been researching new cars for weeks. Over the weekend, I visited several dealerships. One of them being Hardy Chevrolet. My husband and I have been looking for a vehicle for the past seven months. Ginn Chevrolet had the exact vehicle that I wanted on their lot. They sold that vehicle the day that I found it. Ginn Chevrolet found me the same vehicle and within a week I was picking it up and taking it home. We worked with Deon Gibbs who was very friendly, outgoing, and answered every question we had. The finance gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly as well and explained all the paperwork. We also talked to the General Manager while we were there. It was a very pleasant experience working with Ginn Chevrolet. I highly recommend this no pressure dealership if you are looking for a vehicle. They go above and beyond and put you in the vehicle that you want and that fits your budget. They are straight forward and made this an easy process.

Everyone I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Called to ask if a Tahoe Z71 was on the dealer lot, spoke with Steve, and was told that there wasn?t but that the next day one would arrive and that they would call when it did. That same day, I received a call letting me know that the vehicle was there and if I wanted to go see it. We went thru the whole process of buying which was fast and easy, thanks to Thomas and Rob who were the best.

Giving thanks to the staff, they assisted with identifying the issues and gave alternatives for financing payment. Do to circumstances out of their control wish repair cost was more reasonable...overall pleased with service.
