The team of Jordan Craft and Jaedyn McFarlane are solely responsible for the experience. As strange as it might sound, I felt that Jaedyn was my advocate with the dealership. He asked subtle questions and LISTENED to what I was saying so that he could let Jordan know my concerns and goals. Jordan did the negotiations and did a superb job of skillfully working the numbers to determine what needed to be adjusted on his initial offer to get very close to my final best offer. He is a deal maker rather a car salesman. In my opinion, Jaedyn and Jordan are superstars, and I hope Hendricks management recognizes their worth.
