This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

The customer service was great. I have tow complaints: 1. A 3% surcharge when using a credit card which everyone pays with. 2. The waiting room was freezing. I know it?s extremely hot outside but it was very uncomfortable in the waiting area.

Jimi Mingo is an awesome sales person. There were some pricing issues relating to the list price and addendum items were added but not disclosed with the window sticker. The list price was honored. Also was low balled on my trade and had to go to CarMax to get an independent appraisal. My trade was never inspected by Mini.

The appointment for our 2003 Mazda Miata was on 4/6/2022. The wait was especially long; not sure if it was due to overbooking for oil changes or what, but at the end of the day, the best thing about it was working with Richard Smith! Writing this review shortly after completing my purchase because my experience with Southern Star and Ronny in particular was so good I felt the need to show my appreciation. From my first phone call to that last hand shake, I received nothing but courteous, honest and patient service. I showed up, got the key and was off for a lengthy test drive in minutes. Had a 3rd party inspection done to settle any buyers anxiety but, honestly, it was not necessary since all their vehicles appear to be in immaculate condition. All my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction and I left with a clean car, full tank and, most importantly, peace of mind. Great people, great vehicle, and great price!
