Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

Recently had a major problem with the front end of my 2020 Equinox and needed a quick response and repair. We worked with Jackie Quinlan, who handled our entire service experience, and it was amazing. They fixed our problem and had the car finished in less than 4 hours!! Drives good and Comfortable to be in. I drove it all day for work. On average I haul 5k lbs. Already at 124k miles. Problems, fuel tank and def syproblems. Which is the same problems we have on our 2014 and 2016. Cost to fix the def system was about $2500. Fuel tank problem is the sending unit 90% of the time and sometimes the pump.

I like to thank Tim Jr and the service department for helping me with tires for my truck. As always was greeted with great customer service and the service tech did a great job . Thanks again Tim and team great experience every time.

With the exception of the black interior, I like everything about the truck. I especially like the step behind the back door to reach into the bed. Great salesman, excellent service.

I ordered this truck with specific options to carry a truck camper. The camper has not yet arrived so I can’t speak to the truck’s capability in that regard. I’ve only driven the truck 300 miles, but so far so good. The ride is firm, but not harsh. The Duramax engine is relatively quiet, has enormous power, and great acceleration. The dual rear wheels grip the curvy mountain roads in my region. I anticipate many reliable years and miles with this truck.
