Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. Great help and fast service. Worked to get me through the buying process very efficiently.

They were able to squeeze my car in for repair but it was there 5 days. I am not sure if all the work they did was necessary. Even though i have an extended warranty they said not of the repairs were covered.

Stopped in to just look, and the dealership was great with letting me test drive. Well the test drive led me to a purchase and it went very smoothly. Didn't feel the usual pressure that I was dreading when I just stopped in. Thank you Chevy of Palatine for a good experience.
