All work completed was done quickly and as promised. Dan Hilliard is a god send. always a pleasure to work with and see. Outstanding customer service and follow up. Technician / mechanic David has cared for my Tahoe's for many years. He too is a true professional dedicated to quality work. He has always helped keep my vehicles in good working order. He and Dan both have also been kind enough to let me know when certain things require attention. I trust them both and appreciate their help and expertise.

Basically I was inquiring about a car and receive a quick reply. Unfortunately the car was missing a feature that was of interest to me so I did not pursue it but the saleswoman was nice and transparent with me and answered my question with honesty and accuracy.

Stuart and the team at Raymond Chevy in Antioch were fantastic. They went way out of their way to make sure I got everything I wanted and gave me way more money off than any other Chevy dealership was willing to give. My 12 1/2 year old Volt is hanging in there because of the skill, knowledge, and great work by the team at Chevy Exchange. I called a few days before Christmas to describe a problem. They got me in the morning after Christmas. A part was needed so they kept my car and a nice young gentleman drove me home.
