Repaired our VW air conditioning unit in three days. Another dealership failed to repair it in three attempts covering a period of over a month. Clay Cooley was courteous and exceedingly professional in conducting their repairs. They kept me informed on progress at each step and once repairs were completed, readied the car for pickup.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

It was pretty seamless. Pick me up from the airport did paperwork gave them there check. Should have had tire's properly inflated they did put air in. I've had worse experiences at dealerships. Gerald

Great car for someone who is bigger and taller than the average person, comfortable, fast, and with super cruise she pretty much drives herself. Well worth the money for American quality and craftsmanship. Support the united auto workers union UAW

Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

I purchased a used vehicle in March 2023 from Paul Barrows in Used Cars. I was an hour away so he did due diligence sending me all kinds of pictures I requested, as well as a video. He answered repeated texts quickly. When I decided to purchase it seemed to be a comedy of errors on my part when I arrived without any checks in my checkbook. My experience with a Mercedes purchase at Central Autohaus has been wonderful. I've purchased a CLA 250 which was my first Mercedes-Benz vehicle and my second Mercedes-Benz vehicle that I purchased was a GLC 300 and I had excellent experiences with both sales reps that I had one, which was Asher, and one which was John And both sales reps were wonderful. I wasn't happy that it took 3 hours to tell me the repairs I needed and only 1 hour to do those repairs. I am always happy with your service but not happy with waiting 4 hrs.
