I called Wally Edgar when I saw advertising for sign and drive. Our lease end was fast approaching. My husband usually takes care of buying/leasing our vehicles, but he has been ill since before Christmas and is immune compromised. We have leased our vehicles from Graff in Davison (also purchased 2 new cars there in the past and have been more than happy there but we liked the idea of sign and drive since money is tight for us right now.) I called Wally Edgar and spoke to Brad Hammond. I explained our situation and he took care of all of the details. We took care of all of the paper work on the phone, through emails and Brad even had the new truck delivered to us. He was awesome and the whole experience was stress-free for us. Had an engine light on. Kevin Dwyer said no problem, come in at 7am next morning for diagnostics check. Found O2 sensor bad. Opted to leave truck there so when parts arrive it could go into the shop right away. Herb, courtesy driver kindly took me home. Herb, is one of the BEST drivers I have had the pleasure of meeting.
