Your team is Awesome! I was traveling to see Grandchildren when my engine light came on 3 hours from home. I was not sure if you could do anything to help me on a Saturday. Pulling in, I was greeted with a welcome and a smile by an enthusiastic salesman, Nick! He led me in to speak with James and he pulled my Suburban in for the inspection. Nick checked on me several times while I was there. James was polite and efficient. He explained the process to assess the problem and afterwards let me know the needed repairs. I was so excited to know that you had the parts and could get it fixed while I waited. I went to nearby restaurant for a late lunch while the service team worked their magic. James called to let me know it was ready. I was relieved to have it repaired and happily back on the road by late afternoon. I was back in Abilene by 8:00 PM and still had my Sunday to get ready for a busy week! They were also able to change my oil while I was there, which saved me some time this week. I’ve owned 2025 Z71 vehicle for only a month. I was able to purchase below MRSP. It’s fun to drive and has been problem free (so far). There is more than enough power, and the Z71 has a very nice look to it. The newer interior is worth the effort compared to the 24 Tahoe. I do wish the leather seats were nicer, or at least had better options.

I went in for a state inspection and came out with a service that far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Kieth Overturf, is very professional ,efficient and a self-starter. I was unaware that I needed an ALDL PORT INOP and a Heated Steering Wheel. I came out overly satisfied with a piece of mind that I need this kind of attentiveness in my 2022 Tahoe, even though I'm closer to a Jupiter Chevrolet, I would rather come here to Huffines in Plano, TX.

Graph Chevrolet is an awesome place to buy a vehicle. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trax and I had a couple of issues which were minor. Craft Chevrolet was busy at the time. I took my vehicle to clay Cooley Chevrolet and they did two diagnostic tests for an electrical issue and tried to charge me for two tests. I called graph Chevrolet Carlos. The used car sales manager got right on the issue. They paid for the two diagnostic tests that Clay Cooley did Clay Cooley tried to rip me off for a brand new transmission graph Chevrolet did their diagnostic test and one part needed to be cleaned and it needed the transmission fluid changed. That was all I highly recommend. Graph Chevrolet for all your car business from now on. I know they'll get my business from now on when I purchase another vehicle. The sales manager Carlos got on top of everything very fast and even the same day actually I really enjoyed the sales person that we had Jesus. He was very pleasant, not pushy and was a good person to work with. Then. I also spoke with Stephanie in the service department. She was very pleasant. Took time to explain everything to me as to what needed to be done and how fast it would be taken care of and it was done very quickly within a day again Graff Chevrolet is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I even have a family member that is considering purchasing their next vehicle from craft Chevrolet down the line. I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on a really impressive discount. After I arrived I was informed that all of the trucks with that discount had sold several days prior after I was told by multiple people that truck was there. I was then informed by the manager that it was a mess up on their end. At most dealerships that wouldve led me to leave however their salesman and the manager not only honored the discount on a different truck but put me in a newer, less miles, and better equipped model for a difference of maybe $800. While the mix up of what had sold versus what was available was frustrating. The fact that the salesman and manager worked with me to get me an even better deal speaks volumes. Also, no hidden add ons or xx was a huge plus!

I was in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. I needed a new battery and it was an unexpected experience, but necessary. The only issues I ever have are they never clean my car, at my previous dealership- I was always given a courtesy car wash/vacuum. Also, they didn?t replace my wiper fluid or use mats in my car.

Overall, Vandergriff Chevrolet service dept. did an excellent job on my repair. With an extended warranty, the repairs cost nothing. But if I do critique anything, is the trying to get me to spend $1,200 in new battery cables. There was nothing wrong with them.
